Each package contains dehydrated oranges, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cloves, rosemary, & star anise.
Add 2 cups of water and contents of package to a pot. Simmer on low heat for desired length of time, adding more water every 60 minutes or as needed. Reuse the contents up to 3 times.
